Sarah Austin is a promising young pencil artist who has just been commissioned to draw 20 pieces of work for an art exhibition. Just as she is about to work on her last piece, she suffers a major head injury in the garden and ends up with uncontrolled seizures, hallucinations and memory loss.
With the help of her sister Kate, her biggest challenge is to pick up where fate had cruelly left her off.
